I live by the Arboreteum - people care too much about appearances to just be comfortable. I was just at the HEB and saw several wom...Totally! I was just at the HEB and saw several women like this. One older lady actually had on a headband (like, not the flexible kind- the hard, half-moon kind) and I know that nobody works out in that. My hair is all over the place.
