Bias
I know that no one really reads the blog anymore, but I thought this was a cool website that I would share. You can test your minds unconscious bias' on race and gender. It is an implicit association test. Try it out.

I don't have to take the test to know I'm biased. But, what really is bias? Now that my home 'puter is up and running again I'll keep up with you more. Love ya,
